She also has completed training in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy.

In addition to her decades in private practice, Dr. Shulman established a not-for-profit to assist families using an innovative home-based approach with their children of differing abilities, most of whom were on the autism spectrum.  Her research which focused on the progress of these children and the emotional status of their families was the first conducted and helped to demonstrate in the wider community the worthiness of this approach.

In establishing Best Practices - Palm Beach, Dr. Shulman is delighted to turn her energies toward assisting professionals to enhance their self-care and further their training in mind-body healing.
